Payment
Credit cards (VISA/MASTER/AMERICAN EXPRESS), Amazon Pay are accepted.
The credit card statement will be marked "SP * SIRI SIRI". Immediately after payment, it is possible that only "Online payment" will be shown.
**Amazon Pay will no longer be available starting January 7, 2025.

Taxes and duties
For international customers, taxes will not be charged on SIRI SIRI online store.
If you purchase Japanese products from overseas, customs duty may be incurred. In that case, please note that any customs duties incurred will be borne by the purchaser. Rules and charges vary by country and local governments.
Delivery
-For in-stock items, orders will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt.
-For pre-order items, the arrival time depends on the product purchased.
-If you order a stock item and a pre-order item at the same time, they will be shipped together with the pre-order item.
-If you wish to receive the stock items first, please order them separately.
Returning
Please check the goods within 3 days of receipt. If you find any damage, please send us a photo showing the packaging and the condition of the product. Either replacement or refund will be acceptable depending on the cases. Please contact us if you have any issues.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases.
1. if more than 4 days have passed since the product was received
2. if the product has already been used or shows signs of having been used
3. products that have been soiled or scratched by the customer
4. if optional packaging - tags, boxes, etc. are missing
5. if the item has been processed, such as a size adjustment order.
Repair Service
In case of damage, depending on the condition, repairs may be possible. Please contact us via chat, email or Instagram DM with a photo of the product. We will reply with a quote and a turnaround time. You will be responsible for shipping and repair costs. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Master, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or Paypal.
