Each time, we invite guests from Japan and abroad who are active in a wide range of fields such as design, architecture, art, fashion, music, and ecology, and listen to their stories from various perspectives.

The first guest is Tomoko Mukaiyama, a pianist and artist based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Mr. Mukaiyama, who has been highly acclaimed for his performance works at art museums and art festivals, will talk about various things from his activities so far to the online performance "ALIVE" that will be distributed simultaneously worldwide from May. Born in Wakayama Prefecture. Lives in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Pianist and artist. Since winning the International Gaudeamus Competition in the Netherlands in 1991, he has performed as a pianist with internationally active orchestras, and collaborated with film directors, designers, architects, photographers, and choreographers. . In recent years, he has also been active as an artist, for you (Yokohama Triennale 2005), you and bach (Sydney Biennale, 2006), wasted (Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2009), and Nocturne. (Setouchi Triennale 2013) and Falling (Aichi Triennale 2013). His recent works in Japan include the concert series “Multus” (2011-2013) and the dance work “Shirokuro”. In 2007, he established the Tomoko Mukaiyama Foundation in the Netherlands, and in 2015 he established the general incorporated association ◯+ (Maltas) in Japan, and is also active in the field of production. In addition to music, he is demonstrating originality in collaboration with a wide range of fields such as art, architecture, fashion, dance, and photography. Currently, he is conducting an online performance project "A Live" from Amsterdam that started during the lockdown period due to Covid19.

Born in Tokyo in 1981. After working as a director for 10 years at a contemporary photography gallery and art book publisher in Tokyo, he became independent. After living abroad in Denmark, London, and Amsterdam for a total of five years, he is currently based in Tokyo, working on productions such as editing and translation specializing in art and design. SIRI SIRI works as a brand director who oversees each collaboration business, event, and PR.
