jikonka A new form of Ise tea Taste Ise small green citrus
In this workshop, you will learn how to enjoy tea while enjoying Ise Koseikan tea, which is a small citrus fruit stuffed with tea leaves, and Ise sweets.
Ms. Kyoko Yoneda from jikonka SEKI will come from Mie and give a lecture on tea and tea utensils, how to make delicious tea, and how to incorporate it into your life.
This is a valuable opportunity for both those who have already learned about tea and those who want to enjoy it, to ask Mr. Yoneda various questions. We invite you to join us.
“Tea has a long history, but depending on the era, various ingenuity in tea production and ways to enjoy tea have been refined through friendly rivalry and have led to the present.
From now on, what kind of tea do we want to spend time with? I would appreciate it if you could take off the frame that tea is like this and share a free tea time. ”
What is Ise Koseikan? Ise Koseikan is a tea made from small mandarin oranges stuffed with tea leaves.
The tea leaves and citrus used in this tea are different from the Chinese small green tea, and the manufacturing method is Jikonka's own original tea. The tea leaves used are fermented tea made from Ise tea that has been aged for two years. We would like to continue to spread the way of enjoying tea in Japan.
