決済・ご入金確認後、在庫品は1週間以内に発送いたします。
在庫品と受注生産品(予約オーダー)を同時に注文されますと、受注生産品に合わせて発送いたします。
先に在庫品をお受け取りご希望の場合は、別々にご注文いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
ご希望のお受け取り時間帯（午前中 / 14-16 / 16-18 / 18-20 / 19-21）がございましたら、備考欄にご記入ください。
発送後、ヤマト運輸のウェブサイトでお受け取り日時変更が可能です。

After confirmation of payment and deposit, items in stock will be dispatched within one week.
Please note that items not in stock can take up to 3 months.
If you order a stock item and a pre-order item at the same time, they will be shipped together with the pre-order item.
If you wish to receive the stock items first, please order them separately.

Please make a reservation for your desired visit date and time usingthe online form or by phone (03-6821-7771). Please feel free to come to the store just for a preliminary inspection.

Use a ring gauge to measure the size. The fit will change depending on the design, so the staff will suggest fine adjustments.

5 Engravings |

We offer a free engraving service of up to 20 characters inside the ring. (Additional charge according to the number of characters from the 21st character)

6 Payment |

Customers who choose the full-order DIALOGUE will be asked to fill out a lifestyle interview sheet and draw a circle in a specially made sketchbook to serve as a sketch for the ring. If it is difficult for the two of you to come to the store together, or if you would like to fill it out at home, we can send it to you at a later date.

Within one month, the designer will select the circle that is closest to the image of the two of you, based on your lifestyle and tastes, and SIRI SIRI will send you a design proposal by email. Upon your approval, we will finalize the design. About two months after the design is decided, we will give you the completed ring along with a sketchbook.

7 Products Inspection | Product Completion and Inspection

After the inspection, we will contact the customer about the finish and ask for the date and time of the visit or the desired date and time of mailing.

8 Ready for you |

After confirming the finish, we will put it in the original ring case and give it to you. You can also send it by mail.
