In online counseling, we lend ring kits to customers who request them.
We will send you a ring sample, ring gauge, and order form after confirming the ¥10,000 security deposit and the loan agreement.


1 Booking and Payment deposit |

Please book your desired date and time usingthe online form . For delivery, please reserve the date and time of counseling after one week.
After confirming payment of ¥10,000 as a security deposit for the ring kit, we will send you a loan agreement by email via CloudSign.

*Card payment only. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by phone (03-6821-7771/Tuesday-Sunday 13:00-19:00) or through the inquiry form .

**Regarding the security deposit for the ring kit [In case of contract]
Please pay the difference at the time of payment.

[If the contract is not concluded]
After confirming the return of the kit, we will process the refund. Please note that a handling fee of 3.6% (¥360) will be deducted for refunds.

2 Kit Delivery | Mailing your ring kit

An order kit will be mailed after confirming the signature of the usage loan agreement by the electronic contract service CloudSign.

3 Online Counseling | Online Counseling Day

SIRI SIRI will send you an email with the meeting link for Zoom or Google meet by the reservation date and time. Please bring your ring kit with you on the day of the event.

4 Design

Choose from 7 designs.

DIALOGUE |
A ring created based on the concept of exchanging and resonating with what you are born with and what you have created. *This is a full order ring.

ROUND | Round
A perfect circle, which means an uninterrupted circle, a ring that evokes an image of eternity.

ARCH | Arch
Harmony created when two semicircles come together to form a circle.

SQUARE
An architectural square, a timeless design that gives a sense of stability.

TRIANGLE
A ring that evokes images of geometric forms, rising and prosperity.

SEA |
The image of the eternal sea scene, and the presence of using luxurious materials expresses a strong bond.

SKY | Sky
A ring that celebrates the departure of two people with a light design that makes you feel like you are flying into the sky.

5 Material | Materials and finishes

Please select the denomination and finish (mirror polished or matte finish).

6 Sizing |

Use a ring gauge to measure the size. The fit will change depending on the design, so the staff will suggest fine adjustments.

7 Engravings |

We offer a free engraving service of up to 20 characters inside the ring. (Additional charge according to the number of characters from the 21st character)

8 Payment |

After the design and materials have been decided, the amount will be confirmed, and you will be asked to pay the amount after deducting the security deposit.

<About ordering DIALOGUE>
Customers who choose the full-order DIALOGUE will be asked to fill out a lifestyle interview sheet, draw a circle on a special sketchbook and return it to SIRI SIRI.
Within one month, the designer will select the circle that is closest to the image of the two of you, based on your lifestyle and tastes, and SIRI SIRI will send you a design proposal by email. Upon your approval, we will finalize the design. About two months after the design is decided, we will give you the completed ring along with a sketchbook.

9 Products Inspection and Delivery |

After inspection, we will notify the customer of the finish and send it by post.
